Profile and Password
Tap Account in the app's menu.
Profile
Under Profile you can change:
- Username
- Email: the new address is used once you confirm it from the email we send to it
- Send me product news: untick to stop product emails
Tap Save profile. The box shows Verified once your email is confirmed.
Password
Step 1: Enter your current password
Under Password, enter your Current password.
Step 2: Enter a new one
Enter the New password twice. It needs 8 or more characters with upper and lower case, a number and a symbol.
Step 3: Change
Tap Change password.
Forgot it? Sign out, then tap Forgot password on the sign-in page.
