Plans and Limits
Plans are set per crate. Each crate is on Free or Maker, and you can change it any time.

Every crate also comes with Grafana, the dashboard store and the AI analyst on both plans.
A crate's own limits are listed under Settings, next to today's usage.
How readings are counted
- Each metric counts as one reading.
{"device": "a", "temperature": 21, "humidity": 60}is two. - The count resets every day at midnight UTC.
- Once a crate reaches its daily limit, new readings are refused with
429until the next day. Readings you already have stay. - Rate limits are per second, for each sending address and crate.

Change a crate's plan
Open the crate and tap Settings.
Under Plan, choose Free or Maker. The app shows what the new plan costs and includes.
Tap Change to Maker (or Free). The new limits apply straight away.
Free keeps 1 day of history. Moving a crate from Maker to Free deletes every reading older than 1 day, straight away. This can't be undone.
How many crates you can have
The Crates figure on Your crates, and the Plan box under Account, show how many crates you have out of the number your account allows.
