Billing and Invoices
Free crates never cost anything. Maker crates cost $9 a month each, billed by the hour while the crate is on Maker. Move a crate to Maker for part of a month and you pay for those hours only.
This month on Your crates shows what you've spent so far this month.
Pay an invoice
Invoices are made once a month and listed under Account, in Invoices, with the month, the invoice number and the crate.
Tap Account in the app's menu.
Under Invoices, tap Pay next to the invoice.
Tap Pay now within a minute to open the checkout. If the link runs out, tap New link.
Receipts opens your past orders with Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
Unpaid invoices
We send reminders by email while an invoice is unpaid.
If an invoice is still unpaid 30 days after the end of its billing period, the account is suspended and all its crates are deleted, with their data.
Stop paying
Move each Maker crate back to Free, or delete it. See Plans and limits and Crate settings.
